Reinterpreting the [Richard Miller] RM12-01 NTPT Tourbillon Extraordinary Skeleton Skeleton Streamlined Watch Richard Mille revisits the legendary RM012 calibre, combining material innovation with horological architecture. The RM12-01 Tourbillon features the RM12-01 Tourbillon and is available in a number of different limited editions exclusively in boutiques in the Americas. The case structure of the new RM12-01 Tourbillon follows the tripartite principle, which brings all the cases together. The lines of the movement are inspired by the structural form of the architectural design, and the tubular inclined structure provides optimal stiffness and torsional rigidity, as well as excellent resistance to heat and corrosion. The function of the baseplate is uniquely combined with that of the movement and the bridge, forming a technically coherent and visually inseparable whole. The movement is proudly displayed through a perfect combination of polishing, satin finishing, round finishing and high polishing. Inspired by racing chassis and enhanced stiffness and impact resistance, its one-piece base plate is characterised by the sharp, streamlined curves of the skeleton bridge that surrounds the barrel, the big wheel and the tourbillon, radiating to the ends of the hand-wound movement. The RM12-01 Limited Edition has a case size of approximately 51x42x15mm and is available in black carbon TPT, red quartz TPT, white quartz TPT.
